This is a workout led by Sensei Webster back in February 2007. The location is in my late sensei's hombu dojo, located in Elizabeth City, NC. He and the dojo are missed by many. This was also the period in which we all were yudansha of the National Karate Jiu Jitsu Union, now NKJF.
