Hanshi Lewis Estes in his Virginia Beach dojo: Katas in order - Tomari Bassai, Sansei-Ryu, Chinto, Haku Cho, Aoyagi, Suparenpei, and Hangetsu. The last two empty hand kata, Pachu and Annan are performed by Sensei Ito, a former Japan kata champion. The kata are of Ryuei-Ryu lineage.

Many from Japan and other countries going over Motobu-Ha Shito-Ryu Kata to make sure we were all in sync with the hombu.
The floors are so slick that it is difficult to maintain a stance without sliding on the soles of your feet. There are small buckets of water with rags. Periodically we would pull the rags from the buckets and sling water onto the floor in order to provide us with a better grip.
